No, our bedrooms aren’t dog friendly. However, our conservatory and grounds are very dog friendly!

Yes, our grounds our beautiful to walk around. They are dog friendly too, if you want to bring your four-legged friends with you.
Salomons Estate has beautiful grounds that you are welcome to come and walk around. We also have a historic museum, which is free of charge.

We don’t permit any external catering Monday – Saturday, however please do not hesitate to share with us any bespoke requests as its likely our team of Chefs will be able to accommodate these for you.
Please do not hesitate to let us know if any of your guests have a specific dietary requirement, as its likely our team of talented Chefs can accommodate this for you. Our Events Coordinator will confirm any dietaries with you prior to arrival, with confirmation required no later than two weeks prior.
More than welcome to provide your own DJ/Entertainment for your event, providing the company is able to provide a PAT testing certificate & public liability paperwork. Our Events Team will be able to confirm directly with the company timings for access, as well as details of the sound limitations prior to their arrival.
You can bring your own decorations for your event and where possible our Events Team will help with the set up of these. However, we would ask that nothing is tacked to the painted white walls.
To go ahead and book your private party, we would ask for a signed copy of our booking form, which comes over to you via DocuSign for e-signing. We would also ask for a deposit payment at this stage, which is typically 10% of the booking total, with the final balance due no later than two weeks prior to arrival.
Should we legally be unable to host your event, you will be offered a suitable date for postponement within six months of the original date or a refund on the deposit payment. Should you look to postpone beyond the six months, your booking may be subject to a nominal increase in line with our yearly price increase. Cancellation for any other reason will be in line with our standard terms & conditions.
Our standard finish time for the music is
midnight, with the bar closure at 11.30pm. Should you wish to extend to a later
finish time we offer a late license which is an additional £250.00. This
extends our license to a bar closure of 00.30am with the music off at 1am.
Where possible we will try and offer early access to ensure there is plenty of time for set up & decorating. Our Events Team will be able to confirm the early access time two weeks prior to your event date.
