"Just a very quick thank you Fiona for all the efforts you and the staff made yesterday to make a sad day as good as it could have been. Everybody, and I do mean everybody, were so impressed with the day and Salomons in particular. Throughout the process, from initial contact to liaising with our undertaker to the final afternoon tea it was all just perfect. May I congratulate you personally on your total professionalism mixing it with a genuine friendship and empathy. Please also thank the lady on reception for her care during the whole day." - L Unwin
